Where to pick up preordered annual pass?

Hi,

I've purchased an Annual Pass online from Universal and it says to pick up at the ticket window. However, we are checking into Hard Rock Hotel before going to the parks on an Annual Pass discount rate. Do I need to go to the Ticket window to get my Annual Pass before I check in, or can I pick up the Annual pass another place? At the hotel maybe? Also I bought individual tickets for my kids from Undercover Tourist and have a print out for them - can I show this at the hotel and get card tickets as well? Also - can I upgrade these tickets to an Annual Passes as well? How and where do you go to do that?

Trying to figure this all out and appreciate the advice!

You can get it at the hotel if the Vacation Planning Desk is still open. IIRC, typically closes around 7 p.m. You don't need to get the AP before you check-in, you just need to show them your pass within a day or so of checking in to keep your discounted rate.
