Where to meet Suess Characters?

Hello,
I have not been to Universal in over 10 years. My DD would love to go for a day of our Disney trip. Where do we meet Suess Characters and even the Grinch? She loves Cat in the Hat and SamI am. Can you see them at the Studios or just Islands of Adventure? Any thing else really good for small children age3-6? Thanks so much.

We saw `thing 1 and thing 2` in seuss landing, my daughters had just changed into their thing 1 and thing 2 t.shirts,so the photos we got were very cute, then later got absolutley soaked by the talking fountain (grrrrrr). At universal there is Barney of course, shaggy and scooby, woody woodpecker, We also saw Princess fiona and you musn`t miss the Donkey...LOL Their are lots of other characters wandering about...you would have to check for times and places on your guide maps the Universal website might give you more info http://www.universalorlando.com/

Seussian characters are only in IOA in Seuss Landing. The Cat in the Hat, Thing 1 & 2, the Grinch, Sam I am, and Guy (the guy Sam I am convinces to eat green eggs and ham) are the characters you will most likely see.

They have scheduled visiting time, not ongoing. This trip we met Cat in Hat, Grinch, Sam I Am, Guy.....Thing 1 & 2 were heading in for a while and I didn't want to back track later.
