hey all, have a trip planned Dec 3-10. I was wondering where the kids can take a picture with Santa. Would love to use it for a Christmas card!

There are probably a few places (depending if you want santa goofy or real santa.)

There is Santa (and when we visited in Dec 2014, a really good one) at DTD/Disney Springs. We also saw Santa Goofy at DHS. They both have Photopass photographers so in both cases we had some nice photos. There may be others but those were the 2 DS visited.

Is there a Santa at the American Pavilion in Epcot? I thought that I heard there was, but that was a few years ago.

Our trip is around the same time as you, OP... I would be super excited to see Santa Goofy!!!!

We always go to Epcot in America to see Santa with Mrs. Claus. They have a Photopass photographer there.
It is right near the craft table so the kids usually have something to do while we wait in line.

Thank you so much for the reply. We'll have 4 Epcot days on our Christmas trip, so I thought that would be the best place for our Santa meet. Glad to know that I wasn't wrong to count on him being there.

I've heard that the santa at DS uses pagers so you don't actually have to wait in line. I like the idea of visiting in Epcot, but I'm not sure I want to spend park time on that. And I like the pager instead of queue deal at DS.

Are Santas around before/on Thanksgiving? Our last park day is Thanksgiving day and I'd love to get some photo pass pictures with the kids.

I'm capitalizing on the disney springs Santa with our memory maker. He's right across from ghirhidelli so we'll get it pager and go eat ice cream while we wait.

And they are AWESOME..... :) The most gorgeous outfits and they just looked fabulous.

We did Santa and Mrs Claus in America in Epcot last year. They were wonderful! We probably only waited 15-20 minutes. We got some pics with the whole family and some with just DD. It was very magical! There was also a photo pass photographer at the big Christmas tree that was in the pavilion, so we got some pics there, too.

In 2014 we met Santa in Magic Kingdom near city hall. The wait was only about 20 minutes and he was a wonderful looking Santa. Some of the best pictures we have gotten in all of our trips

We are going in early December also and I too was wondering about Santa. This is very helpful information!

We went to meet santa at town hall around 4 when entering in for the party. The line was a little long but they had tried to cut us off right as we we about to meet him so he could get ready for the parade. What I'm saying is that he is there during party times but they can't have him in two places at once so he does leave to get ready for the parade
