For Orlando Premium Outlets, sign up at the website for current offers and it will also alllow you to pick up a Discount booklet at the kiosk located in the middle of the food court. Otherwise the booklet is $5.00 to anyone and that can be money well-spent with some of the discounts in there.
For Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, go to cash regiseter at Character Outlet and ask for the LBVFS discount coupon sheet. It's free.
For Prime Outlets (formerly Belz Outlet Mall), go to the mall office in the main mall building and you can sign up for a free coupon booklet.
For the Florida Mall, go to either Information desk (by Macy's or by Food Court) for a free discount booklet.
For Festival Bay, go to the information kiosk located near the front entrance for a free discount sheet.
For Mall at Millenia, a discount booklet is no longer offered. If you go to the counter where they have gift wrapping on the 3rd floor of Macy's or 3rd floor of Bloomingdales and show your out-of-state ID or passport, they'll give you a discount pass (I believe it's 13% off most purchases).
Many restaurants in the I-Drive area will have a brochure rack with coupon booklets for restaurants, golf and attractions. I'm not talking about the people at a booth trying to sell you tickets but elsewhere inside, often near an exit. Golden Corral and Ponderosa restaurants have these coupon racks.
Invest 50-cents on Wednesday for a copy of the Orlando Sentinel which will have the supermarket adverts in there, often with some discount or FREE offer coupons. Each week's sale begins on Thursday and there will be offers for Publix, Winn-Dixie and Albertson's.
