Where to go on Southwest.com for flight credit?

I have a flight booked for the 5 of us in February (all done online) and the price just dropped. I can't find the post telling how to get that credited for future flight.
Anyone out there know how?

I called the customer service line last time this happened to me. I don't know if it can be done online.

click on the Travel Center and it shows you where to go. If you made your ressies online you can get the credit online. If you called, then I believe you have to call for the credit.

Fyi... this happened to me and I was able to get a refund for the $200 credit I had. They will refund as long as you did not change your itinerary...

Do you go in through the "Change Air Reservation" option? I just realized my fare in Feb. has dropped too!

Okay, I called and they said to go through "change reservation" and just pick the same flights with the lower fares, but when I did that, it kept saying - "what's wrong- you didn't change your flight".
So- I called back and the woman took my confirmation number and credited my Southwest account in less than a minute!

I just LOVE Southwest!
