where to go next

Hi just got back from Orlando and been back to work a few days which means that its time to plan for another break.

My young daughter starts school in September which means that we can only go away at half term which is the end of October this year. This is later than when we normally go away for a week so any idea on where to go would be most helpful. After a hectic fortnight in Florida need a beach, pool, and good hotel.

Dont really want to go to the canaries unless anyone can recommend a good upmarket resort, but where else would be warm enough to go and not too mych of a trek.

Cyprus? Never been myself but various family members love it there. Or Greece?

Sharm El sheikh, Taba heights etc, all red sea, egypt are the big ones for this winter, better weather than canaries and no real 'club 18-30' type resorts, high standard of hotels and only 1 hour longer flight, try Libra, Thomson, Peltours, although you may find flights will be on a thursday for instance so you may miss a couple of days of school.
