Where to get ornaments in the parks?

Last year I cheated and ordered my Xmas ornament souvenir on clearance from disney.com. I would like to actually pick one out, or have each of my kids pick one to write the year on next trip.

The problem is that we don't go to DTD for th Xmas shop. I don't remember seeing any in the shops we went into, though I wasn't on a quest then.

Where in the parks can you get ornaments? I assume there must be somewhere in World Showcase...

I know there is a Christmas Shop in liberty Square in Magic Kingdom, and one in Hollywood Studios over in the direction of the Muppets. Not sure about the other 2 parks. At Epcot the countries have all kinds of souvenirs of course, I bet they have some unusual ones, if not 'Christmas ornaments' per se, they could be used as such. For instance we got some little hanging birds from China.

We got our pickle ornament in the German Pavilion.

I don't know about the parks but I did see some in the gift shop at the Contemporary. If a resort gift shop has some I'm sure you can get some in the parks. Depending on the ornament make sure you get enough packing material from the shop to keep it safe for your trip home. A prior trip I got a a rapunzel ornament and they gave me almost nothing to wrap her in. I wrapped her in clothes and kept her in my carry on but her foot and arm broke off.

The stores are called Ye Olde Christmas Shoppe (MK - Liberty Square) and It's a Wonderful Shop (HS - Streets of America). We each get ornaments every year, it's one of my favorite traditions!

I <3 Ye Old Christmas Shoppe in the MK. I have also purchased ornaments in Germany like a PP said. I had never walked thru the resort entrance of Epcot prior to my last trip, but there is a store there that also has ornaments. They packed them up really nice too. I stopped on my way to the friendship boat.

I wanted Disney ornaments to be a family tradition of ours, but my boys didn't see the magic in Disney last trip so I cheated. I am hoping this next trip will go better!

We will definitely check out both those shops and maybe I will find one for myself at Epcot.
