Where to get Eggs Benedict at WDW?

The Eggs Benedict police should cite them on that one. It's basically poached egg with polenta, sausage and tomato sauce. The only thing that compares to Eggs Benedict is the poached egg. No hollandaise sauce, no Canadian bacon, no rusk or English muffin.

Yikes! I do prefer a more traditional route.

Also a fan of The Wave and as another poster mentioned you can get them either off the menu or from the buffet and they are rather good at the buffet (but sometimes I like the sauce on the side...I have photos of both options from there if you'd like to take a look here -

The ones I had off the buffet were soggy. So I've gone back to skipping the buffet and sticking to the menu version. Even when the food server tells me they are available on the buffet.

Yes, sometimes we do notice that they are not as good. It depends how long they are sitting. Sometimes the muffin is a bit soggy or sometimes even hard but that's why the Wave is nice because you can get them to order off the menu instead
