Where to find ticket past it's date

Back in early November I purchased 2 one-day tickets for my mom and myself to use prior to MVMCP on our arrival day before we headed to our final destination of universal the next morning. Our flight ended up delayed, so I transferred them to burner "family members" in MDE so they wouldn't be used, knowing I was heading back to Disney in March for a wedding and could apply the value of those tickets to a date then, as a CM assured me that what I paid for the tickets doesn't expire, I'd just have to pay the difference in ticket price between the days.

I'm starting to plan the March trip, and was going to switch those tickets to my husband and I, but there is no record of the tickets anywhere in MDE. Anyone know how to find them so I can assign them to a new day?

Have you checked the app? The entitlements should be linked to your burner family. Go to each ticket in the “ticket area” of your plans and make the necessary pricing adjustments for the 2 tickets.
