Where to find this pin?

Well, I just talked to my 11 year old neice for the first time since she came back. It seems she got a pin laynard and it came with a pin of Daisy Duck flying a plane.

She said an adult woman traded with her for this pin. The woman (my DN claims she lied to her) said that the Daisy pin was really common and she'd trade her a "rare" pin for it; so despite that Daisy was her favorite, my DN took the chance and got the other pin & her mom said that they'd buy the Daisy pin back.

Well, as it turned out, the pin she traded for (I think some pin with goofy on it) was a *very* common pin she saw everywhere and Daisy was no where to be found.

I think Daisy maybe came with the laynard ? (although I don't know for sure)

Does the daisy pin sound familiar to anyone? I want to try and get it back for my neice when I go in a few days. If I have to pay a little more for it, or just buy a whole new laynard, that's fine too.

I know nothing about pins or where to get them. I know there are places set up all over to buy them, but my time in the parks is very limited so if anyone can help narrow it down for me, that would be great!

Well, it wasn't a total lie, I looked the pin you were talking about up on pinpics (that is a website that lists all the disneypins). I think the pin your niece had was what is called a flex pin, meaning that it was given as part of a travel package and as such will be a little more common than other pins but that doesn't help much if you don't see it any where for trade. I had the same problem when I was on a trip, the pin just traded I missed more than I thought I would. I would suggest posting the information on the collectors board and ask if someone can find one for you or might have one for you. mention that it is probably pinpics#18655 so that they can help you. Thank you so much. I might just bid on it on Ebay to give to her because she really misses it and if it can't be bought, I might not be able to buy it or find it for trade down there.
