where to find smoked salmon and eggs for breakfast?

My hubby thinks he had it at Chef Mickey's breakfast buffett last spring. Is he right? Any other restaraunts that serve smoked salmon and eggs that you know of? That's his one big dining request.

I'm pretty sure they had smoked salmon and eggs at Princess Storybook dining (Akershus) in Norway at Epcot. It was available at the buffet. You might want to check the menus at Allears.net or call Disney.

have had a chance to try out the new feature. This site has a menu search for food items. I popped in smoked salmon and got the following results:

I don't remember smoked salmon at CM's breakfast.

It is at the Princess Breakfast in Norway. We had it in July (it was yummy!!)

Your husband remembers correctly, they do have it at CM.

I'm pretty sure they have it at Cape May Cafe as well as 1900 Park Faire on the buffet. I also know they have lox on a bagel at Starring Rolls (but I don't think there are any eggs)
There is also an open faced smoked salmon and egg sandwich at Kringla Bakery in Norway in Epcot.

it is quite a strange sandwich. Smoked salmon, scrambled eggs, butter (oh man do the people from Norway love butter), lettuce, and tomato (which Dustin happily offered to me). It is so very good and so very fattening.

He's right. We just got back about 2 weeks ago. We had it at Chef Mickey's and also at 1900 Park Fare. Love 'em!
