Where to find Jessie at DL or DCA?

We are headed to DL this coming weekend through next Tuesday. I don't see any parades scheduled - at least not as far as I can tell. My oldest (6 years old) is in love with Jessie from Toy Story. Do you know if there is a Jessie character that is sometimes out and about? Where might be the best place to find her?

Sorry if this is a silly question - we've never been to DL and I don't know how the character thing works.

Jessie can be seen in DCA on Paradise Pier across Toy Story Midway Mania and the Carousel. There is a character Meet 'n Greet area. She can also be found around Big Thunder Ranch, behind Big Thunder.

You can ask a CM for her schedule or at City Hall at Disneyland.

We seen her twice right where the previous poster stated. She was joined by woody and a green army man too.
