Where to find info on holiday pricing for dining?

Tried looking but can't seem to locate the info on what dates they jack up the dining prices.

Thanks, is it every year that Thanksgiving the entire week is a higher rate? Is it usually 2$-$4 per person per meal type of thing? As for Easter is it the same? We have the DDE and I know on the Holiday itself it is not in effect, any other time frame?
