I don't want to "waste" any park time eating on my one overnight stay at DLR. But the Disneyland website only lists theme park hours. Is there a source for the DTD and resort restaurant hours? I'd love a late (after 11 PM) dinner and an early (before 7:30 AM) breakfast if at all possible. 
Who needs sleep? Isn't that what airplanes are for?
