Where to find deals for Vistana villages?

How do you get a good deal for Vistana Villages? We are staying there thru Intervale Internation timeshare. I would like to have my Mom and her boyfriend stay at the resort at the same time but in a different unit. I hear that people get great deals if they listen to a timeshre presentation. Also, I called to find out our unit # and the lady said that it was in the garden section bldg. 3. How is the location? We might not get that same villa but in the past we received the same unit listed on our paprework.
