Where to eat on Christmas Day?????

This year DD and I will be in WDW for the holidays. We are staying offsite and probably will not be able to get into a park on Christmas Day So I am trying to plan a fun day outside of the parks ending with a great dinner at one of the Disney resorts or DTD. Does anyone have any suggestions of a good place to dine on Christmas Day?

We did Christmas Day in 2005 at Magic Kingdom, we had no problem getting into park, and we just stayed there all day. For dinner we ate at Crystal Palace and we enjoyed ourselves very much.

It depends on what you want. We did WCC in 2008 and they had a special skillet for Christmas dinner. We enjoyed it. In 2009 we did Ohana since its the kids fav. It was the same meal they serve every day and was good and the kids had a blast. Not sure where we are dining this year yet but its all up to what you want to do.

This Xmas, we had dinner at Cape May, and it was excellent. They had special holiday items on the buffet, and everything was very good. We had no problems getting into Epcot in the morning, and then into DHS after dinner.

I am also looking for ideas. Originally, we were not planning to be in the parks on Christmas Day but we now may be arriving early enough to allow for in park dining. My daughter has suggested either 1900 Park Fare or WCC, we have never tried Chef de France so maybe we will head to EPCOT? Any thoughts on Chef de France?

Thanks for that information. ? for you...Did you stay on or offsite? Since we are staying offsite, I am nervous about making in park ADR's for Christmas Day and not being able to access the parks due to capacity issues.
