Where to eat off property?

We didn't have to pay for parking, either...but I do seem to remember a booth with an attendant and parking stubs. The restaurant is on one side of a little street, if I remember correctly, because I remember parking right in front of it (not in a garage or giant parking lot).

Right down the street is a Red Robin. Dinner for $10 and that's with unlimited steak fries. Not terribly original but definitely a good bang for your buck.

Thank you! Now I have to wait more than five weeks for fried chicken...

AND Pinks! I don't know how I'm going to eat all of this food...

There's a Shakey's that's really close and really good. You can sign up for their eclub and get some kind of good deal. Mcormack and Shmicks has the standard amazing happy hour:
Happy Hour is from 3:00pm-6:00pm and again from 9:30-Close Monday
through Friday. We have food specials that are $1.95 and $4.95.
That's in Garden Walk.
I'm definitely going to check out Slaters 50/50 next time we go. I saw it on the food channel or travel I guess. also Mama Cozzas was on triple D and that's on Ball, really close.

We hit up Mama Cozza's on our last visit and it was definitely worth it. Great food and good-sized portions at decent prices. It isn't really a tourist destination; it is more of a neighborhood joint.

If you want cool Beachy atmosphere and yummo food try Wahoos in Huntington Beach. Cool shops to look at too and obviously the beach and pier :)

Is that the fish taco place? I might make the trip out there.

I really want to go to places that aren't national chains. Little local places are fun.

Our go-to's are Buca di Bepo (you can sign up for e-mail coupons), which is a chain but one with limited locations, and In N Out since we don't have it in Hawaii. We also like to eat at Miguels and Miguels Jr in Corona, which is about a 20 minute drive east ... awesome burritos, especially the carnitas.

Yep. I don't eat fish and found something else super yummo to eat :D It's so worth a trip over there. It's super fun to get ice cream at the pier too. :goodvibes

I would definitely recommend Fire & Ice in the gardenwalk!! It's great! It's like a mongolian grill, BUT you can also get burgers and pasta, etc. too! It's ALL grilled up there mongolian grill style. mmm They also have salad and soup too. ;) Good stuff!

By the way.. In-n-Out is no ordinary "fast food" place. In so cal we don't consider it a fast food place and if you have never been it is a MUST DO !!!

:-). Enjoy

I am VERY In-N-Out familiar lol. I always go if I'm in California, Vegas, or AZ. We went three times when I was there a few weeks ago!

But that's exactly what I mean! When I'm on vacation I like to visit places we don't have at home. It's fun to eat where the locals eat!
