Where to eat Easter Sunday

Any suggestions on where to eat Easter Sunday? At the moment I think I want to go to Magic Kingdom. 2nd option would be Epcot. I've never been to Disney during Spring Break and I am not sure I know what we are getting into. We will have park hoppers, but will the parks be to croweded to hop that week?
