Is there anywhere besides Rainforest cafe that would have TS???

We normally do the BBQ restaurant there, but are looking for something different.

Pickins are slim at AK. We love Tusker House! It's a counter service restaurant, but the food is outstanding and the atmosphere is great. We always eat outside, but there is plenty indoor seating as well. As far as table service, the Rainforest is the only option. Checkout allearsnet.com for menus.

The Tusker House is really nice. We wanted to do another character meal, so the day that we are spending at AK we are eating at the Donald's Breakfast-o-saurus...I have heard mixed reviews about it...but all in all it is a buffet so what can you expect!

GOOD LUCK

Shhh! Pizzafari is usually not too crowded in the 11 a.m. hour just before the lunch rush. The artwork in each room is just beautiful and their sub sandwich is tasty and large enough to share. Also highly recommend their breadsticks. YUM!

No table service inside AK except for the Donald's character breakfast, and that's a buffet. The counter service options are all quite good. I like Tusker House for unconventional counter service fare. If you want something more kid-friendly, try Pizzafari.

We ate at Tusker House - had lots of nontraditional CS choices. Even kids 10 and 13 loved it. The corn chowder was outstanding. Not real crowded. We ate about an hour before the parade. Got a place acrooss the street and watched the parade. The parade starts here and then jumped on the Safari with no line. Worked very nicely! :cool1:

I have to agree that Tusker House is a great alternative to TS at AK. I think the food is some of the best CS at Disney!!! :goodvibes

Another vote for Tusker House. Great food at reasonable prices. Love the rotisserie chicken, mashed potatoes/gravy, and green beans (a much more healthy option than the usual burger/fries combo!). Plus, you're in and out quickly (more time to tour!).

How about the flametree or restaurantosaurus? Are any of these any good?
