Where to eat at Epcot?

We are looking for a sit-down lunch at Epcot... what would you suggest? what are your favs? why?

In Epcot, our favorite is Le Cellier, but that's a very hard ADR to get and with the change to a Signature coming in March, I'm not sure what it'll be like. Currently, the filet mignon with mushroom risotto, chedder cheese soup, Le Cellier hamburger are all very good.

I also like Tutto Italia and Via Napoli (Via Napoli has the same lunch and dinner menu) for lunch. At Tutto the braised short ribs were excellent, as were all of the desserts. At Via Napoli, the calamari appetizer was very good. I had the proscuitto and melon pizza which I highly recommend.

I've had lunch at Rose & Crown and Les Chefs, but prefer both for dinner. However, at Les Chefs the onion soup, braised beef, and steaks are very good and are on both menus.

Of all the parks Epcot has the best restaurants IMO. Biergarten in Germany is a buffet and there is some entertainment. Restaurant Marrakesh in Morocco is also nice and the food is toned down for the American pallet. I also had a good experience at San Angel Inn despite the bad reviews it often gets.

I think the big meal in Epcot should be lunch and then for dinner I would recommend getting some small meals from the CS places around the World Showcase.

We usually hit the food court in the Land for lunch, so it's hard to recommend the WS venues.

But based on dinner, I'd say try the Biergarten (for the German-style food on the buffet), Tokyo Dining (for the Japanese-style cooked or cold cuisine) or San Angel Inn (inland Mexican-style cooking -- NOT Tex-Mex), with the major benefit being the lower lunch prices.

I'd say my fave is Le Cellier - the filet is just so good. I really love it - and I'm not a big red meat eater. But that steak is so good, it could turn me into on.

I also really like Chefs de France. They have a three course lunch menu that is great and not pricey. The french onion soup is probably the best I've ever had - it's that good. (And I've eaten a lot of french onion soup!) Plus they make the mac and cheese with gruyere cheese and it's oh-so-good!

I would also recommend San Angel Inn just because the atmosphere is probably the best in all of DIsney - it's just so cool in there! And the food is WAY better than it used to be. I was really happy with our visit this past summer.

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food at Tokyo Dining. We had an early lunch there last summer - 11:30am - got a wonderful window seat and great service. Food was so good we came back again for lunch two days later. The ginger salad dressing is delicious!

I really like the Coral Reef for lunch. The food isn't too heavy for a midday meal and the atmosphere is pretty cool. If your party likes seafood, I strongly recommend it.

I really enjoy LeCellier, Via Napoli, and Chefs de France.

I always try to get an ADR at each during our vacation.

If you can get an ADR, for sure give Le Cellier a try - amazing food, amazing service, and love the atmosphere.

Favorite for lunch\CS is The Land. Great sandwiches and desserts. As far as dinner, we really enjoy just about anything in the different countries! It's always a different experience.

There's a reason we call Epcot "Eatcot". We have Park Hoppers just so we can eat there every day!

Our favorites:
Sunshine Seasons CS in the Land - Great place to cool off, people watch, wait for Soarin' FP times, etc. but it's also really good food. Great selections, esp. the desserts!
Fish & Chip CS in UK - great place to grab a quick bite
Rose & Crown TS - one of our favorites. We love Le Cellier, but it's so hard to get a reservation. We booked R&C one trip just because we couldn't get into LC, and were pleasantly surprised. A must-do for us!
Teppan Edo in Japan - yes, it's a typical hibachi place, but we love it and it makes a great lunch place, especially in the summer. It's a great way to beat the mid-day heat!
Biergarten - fun show, great food, fabulous beverages!

The boyfriend and I just LOVE Sushi and are always on the look out for great deals and amazing tasting and amazingly made sushi and Tokyo Dining has what is possibly the freshest and best tasting sushi I have ever tried.
So if you like sushi, go there, the selections are choice and everything tastes great!

If you like beer, I would definately do Biergarten. The food is ok, but the atmosphere is fantastic. We could have sat in there all afternoon.

We also liked Marrakesh, however if you dont like Indian food I would pass.

We don't miss Teppan Edo every visit. I know its just hibachi, but is always fun for all.

I can get Mexican and Chinese almost everywhere so we passed on those.

I think Le Cellier is better for dinner service.

For great Chinese food, Nine Dragons is an option and unlike many of the other restaurants, fairly easy to just walk up and get in without an ADR.
