Where to contact Disney about a defective item?

I purchased a mug from the Norway Pavilion on my trip to Disney World about two weeks ago. I came home and washed the mug in the dishwasher. As soon as I took it out the paint on the mug was coming off. The mug said nothing about being dishwasher safe. So I just left it to dry for a few days and the paint on it comes off every time I touch it (even lightly). Does anyone know where I can contact Disney about this? I don't live in Florida so I cannot return it to customer service. Thanks

Sounds like the troll mug. We had the same problem with the design coming off. We called the merchandising number the PP listed and they sent a new mug.

Thank you! I'm emailed the wdw email. It was actually the cream mug with the "God Morgen" on the back and the Norway flag and a vikingship on the front. The paint on it doesn't look like it's was sealed, it has a matte finish when the ret has a gloss.
