Where to buy TSA Luggage Straps?

Hi All,
We have 2 suitcases that we can lock with TSA locks easily, but 2 (hard, Samsonite type) cases that have combination locks on and would benefit from TSA locking straps.

Can anyone recommend a place to buy these? I dont need any locks as we have 4, but the straps would be very useful.

I found one internet outlet selling these for £9.99 with padlocks, but anyone recommend anywhere better than that?

Not such a low price, but I bought the straps only a week or so ago from them and they arrived the next day.
