Where to buy Flex passes (aside from mail order)

On disneyland.com, it says that flex passes are not sold at the main gate ticket centers. Aside from mail order, can you purchase the flex passes at disney resort hotels or good neighbor hotels, or do they only sell regular passes without an early entry feature.

Also, I think Saturdays are early entry days. If the park is already opening early (8am), does that mean you can get in at 6:30 am?! That's early, but fine by me!

If you are staying in a Disney hotel or Good Neighbor hotel you may want to hold off and buy them there. I just read that park hopping will be available on tickets bought at the GN hotels too.
