where to buy Disney dollars

We don't have a Disney store close by, and I tried getting them at Disneystore.com with no luck. Anywhere else to try?

Sorry, but besides the stores I think the only place to buy them would be at WDW. If you know someone who lives near a store maybe they would purchase them sp you.

They really need to start selling them online, especially with all the Disney Store closings. Our store closed last year and I really miss it. Last time we made a road trip to visit family I stopped at a mall near them to pick up some disney dollars. The Easter Bunny and Tooth Fairy always need to have some on hand.

I agree, you're best bet may be having somebody buy them and send them to you. Good luck!

I had emailed WDW last June and asked about where to buy Disney Dollars and this was the response I got:

Disney Dollars are available in $1, $5, and $10 denominations, and may be applied toward purchases anywhere at the Walt Disney World Resort. Although it is not possible to buy Disney Dollars online or by phone, they may be ordered by writing to:

Walt Disney World Ticketing Fulfillment
Post Office Box 10140
Lake Buena Vista, FL 32830

Please indicate the number of each denomination desired, and include a money order made payable to Walt Disney World Co. for the total amount, plus $3 for regular delivery (approximately 2 to 3 weeks) or $10 for express delivery (5 to 7 business days; not available for orders overseas). Please note that there is a $650 limit on each Disney Dollar order.

However, I still have not tried ordering them. Has anyone else ever tried this?
