You cannot purchase directly from the Disney UK site, but you can purchase the same 14-day ticket from Attraction Tickets or other third party resellers in Europe. No need to ask the cousins.

Thanks! But if we wanted to buy the 14 day deal direct from disney UK, we could by taking the cousin route. Do they do any residency checks at wdw to validate of we reside in the uk?

You could do that, I just don’t know why anyone would want to add the extra steps of getting someone else involved when you could buy your own. As I already stated, no, non-UK/non-European guests have had no problem using the 14-day tickets.
