Where should we stay?

I procrastinated and am now trying to find someplace to stay for spring break. I looked at Nick and decided that we would have a better time at an indoor waterpark at home. I have always wanted to stay at Caribe Royal. Any thoughts on it? What other places would you recommend? We have not stayed offsite of Disney or Univeral for several years and I am not sure what is out there.
