We are purchasing the Dining Plan for our room only and not my parents room, but we want to use it to take them to a table service restaraunt one evening. My ? is, which rest. would you take them to in order to get the best value for the dining plan. We were going to trail's end, but someone said "no way, use it for somewhere more expensive."

So, where should we go? Keep in mind that my dad eats ANYTHING but my mom and I are quite picky...no really weird stuff.

Also, can 2 people share one meal (not at a buffet of course), b/c that is A LOT of food for one person? Am I reading this right where EACH person using the plan gets an appetizer, entree AND dessert???

Thanks for your input.

What about the Concourse Steakhouse in the Contemporary? Or one of the sit down's in the World Showcase (i.e. Le Cellier, Alfredo's)

I'd go to O'Hana at the Polynesian resort. It's all you can eat but served at your table. Buffets are OK, but I like to be served after a day at the world. Food is EXCELLENT! Even picky eaters will like the skewers! It comes with pineapple and a caramel sauce at the end of the meal, but you can still use the plan to order other specialty desserts. All your beginning food items are served on a lazy susan at your table. Great family atmosphere, beautiful view if you get by the window, open fire pit in the middle where they cook the skewers cool to watch too. They do a couple of games for kids. If you have kids it's fun. If you don't it's fun to watch and it doesn't go on incessantly so it's annoying either.
anyway, that'd be my pick!

I agree with the Concourse Steakhouse--its a great value using the MYW plan. If you have a shrimp cocktail, a large Filet Mignon, cheesecake for dessert and a coffee, with tax and gratuity the cost is over $55.00. You only pay $35 for your daily plan!

However, Alfredo's is not available on the MYW plan, and LeCellier is a signature restaurant which requires two credits.

Good Luck!
