Where should we go? Need your help! :)

Okay...I really need some help here! My Mom and I are trying to decide where to go for a late dinner for our trip in October. We will be having tea at the Garden View Lounge at 2:00pm, so we want a late dinner. We need to eat at one of the Resorts because we will not be going to a theme park this day. We have already been to Boma, Chef Mickey's, 'Ohana, Kona Cafe, 1900 Park Fare, and Whispering Canyon Cafe. We'd like to try somewhere new. I am also a vegetarian by the way. We have no idea where to go! Please help us with some suggestions! Thanks a bunch!

Citrico's is excellent. Jiko is also fantastic and the chef seems to have some interesting vegetarian options. Check the menus at allearsnet.com it may help you make a choice.
