Where should dh & I eat during Pirate Cruise?

Our 4 year old will be off on the Pirate Cruise and dh & I would like to eat brunch while he's on the trip. Any suggestions where we should go and/or how long his trip will be? Thanks!

We ate at the restaurant/cafe at the Grand Floridian. I think it's called the Grand Floridian Cafe. The room is very sunny and like a solarium. We had a wonderful breakfast there and even had champagne with it. After having many character meals, my mother was dying for a fried egg!! We really enjoyed it and then spent some time relaxing with a drink at the Grand Floridian!

The Pirate Cruise is only 1 1/2 hours - so you don't have that much time. When my DD did the Cruise, I had breakfast at the GF Cafe - the pecan pancakes are wonderful!!! Then I just went exploring at the hotel. When DD does the Alice in Wonderland Tea, DH & I had gone out by the pool bar and had a nice drink while waiting!

I was thinking the same thing. Last time, my daughter did the Tea Party and I ate at the Garden View Lounge (in the lobby of the Grand Floridian)...and then I thought about it. You know, I want to go to the Magic Kingdom with my boyfriend and just walk around and hold hands for that hour! The three of us are going to have breakfast at Cinderella's before the Pirate Cruise--which serves lunch--so we won't be hungry anyway. I'd rather spend the time alone together in the park one time. We'll eat something when we go back to our room.

You could hop on the monorail and have breakfast or lunch at Kona at the Polynesian. Great food!!!!!

Definitely GF Cafe. We always go there while the kids are on the pirate cruise.

DH, DD (15) and myself will be having breakfast at 1900 Park Fare. We've always wanted to try it and didn't want to leave the GF while our other DD (8) is on her Pirate Cruise
