OK, I know that this is ridiculous but we are staying at SOG for two weeks (4/12-4/26) and as I am planning our itinerary I am finding it hard to figure out what to do/avoid on weekends. :confused3 I guess the problem is that we are trying to avoid doing much in any parks on the weekends - Fri- Sun. Can't do it! Gonna have to go somewhere!
Here's what we'll have in terms of admission -
10 days myw w/park hopping
1 day at BB or TL - already have tickets from prior visit(thinking BB because of new water coasters)
1 day Busch (dh gets 4 free tickets for military personnel)
2 days Universal (1 for IOA and 1 for US)

We are really only getting the full 10 days admission to WDW because with dh's military it is only literally a couple bucks more to go from 5 to 10 days. We figure instead of blocking out a couple full days for time by the pool we will do more 1/2 days in the park. If I have my way they will be longer 1/2 days :rolleyes1 - but I like the down time, too! Plus we can use it to go in and eat dinner at Epcot a couple extra times.

Sooo - what are our best options from those above to do on Fri's? Sat's? Sun's?

Thanks so much!

"During regular attendance periods, our parks tend to be the busiest on the following days:
Magic Kingdom: Monday, Thursday, and Saturday
Epcot: Tuesday and Friday
Disney-MGM Studios: Sunday and Wednesday
Disney's Animal Kingdom: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday"

Maybe you can spend your weekend in Downtown Disney and playing mini-golf.

What about going to visit Celebration Florida?( that's our plan this time)
Downtown Disney?
Disneyquest?
Going to Downtown Disney and seeing a movie
Going to AKL or WL and taking one of their tours
Drive to some of the other attractions in the area
Driving to where one of the Disney Cruise ships come in(You would have to check their schedule.. but I have heard this can be fun)

Mornings in general can be ok for most parks. Maybe head over in the morning if you want and then head out before noon.

I think Your plan is great. That is what we are doing also. We like to take it easy and have some down time too. I've planned it for every afternoon :cool1:
