OK, I know I can't use them for 7 months, but come on! I ordered these puppies on May 1. I am dying to have them in my hot little hands as one more step towards the trip.

Can you tell I am going a little crazy? They still haven't arrived as of today's mail! I read on another thread someone from UK received their MNSSHP tix already! Could they be doing MNSSHP before they even start on MVMCP? That would surely give me a coronary!

Too much waiting....too much waiting...

Has anyone gotten their MVMCP tickets yet?

We ordered them May 3 and still don't have but not worried. I have our confirmation number and it's not even been 10 working days. We're going November 30 :) My mom got the tickets for our family and herself :) We can't wait!

I ordered mine on May 2nd and still haven't received them yet too. I remember them saying 10 days also. But I know how you feel wanting them even though you can't use them!!! We are going on Nov. 30th too maybe we'll see you there js.

We are going with another family to Disney in Nov.

We have received the Trip Planning DVD.
I am the planner and have our rough itinerary sketched out.
All we need are the MVMCP Tixs and we can get together for a Trip Planning Pizza and Beer Party!!

LOL! I floated out to the mailbox in hopes that mine would be in that hotbox waiting for me. ... Ugh. No such luck. Maybe tomorrow!

When I ordered my tickets, they told me it would be approximately 10 working days until I received them. Knowing businesses, this means that it would be about 3 real weeks from the day after the date you ordered them for them to arrive. Usually. This is not exact science. If I have learned nothing in the past year, I have learned to be patient.

Deb Hi! I know we have chatted before on these boards :) regarding MVMCP :)
I see you are staying at HIFS. My family stayed there in, I think, 2000 and LOVED it! I wouldn't hesitate to go back there in a minute! We usually stay on Disney property but you get so much more in your room for the money you pay. You guys will love it.
It is so nice to have a seating area for the TV, the kids in their own room and you and your husband's own room :) The kids have their own TV as well as you in your rooms too! Fridge, etc. I'm sure you know already though LOL :)
We were going to stay at the Contemporary in November but my husband's friend had a lot of weeks he wasn't going to use this year at Orange Lake Country Club and he "gave" us a week. We had to pay the $500 fee for changing dates but that is it! (Well really my mom paid since she is the one taking us). We have a 3 bedroom condo that sleeps 12 :) She's saving mega money from only paying the $500 for the condo (not including the extra daily maid service, towels, etc) as opposed to what she was going to pay at the Contemporary.
Anyway, we usually go in October and have been the last week in August but this will be our first time to see the Christmas decorations and we are all looking forward to seeing Disney in a way we have never seen before. I'm a very big planner and very organized (I guess most of us are if we are on this site) and already wondering (although I haven't told my husband) when I will get to put up my Christmas decorations. I usually put them up the day after Thanksgiving. This year we are leaving the day after Thanksgiving and coming home on December 5 (Sunday). I guess I could wait and put them up the following weekend (I work during the week) but then that would be December 11 and I hate having to do so much work and only have them up for a short period of time LOL Maybe I'll have to do it on Thanksgiving before we go to my inlaws for dinner LOL although I don't think my husband would appreciate that very much. I just think it would be SO nice to come back from a Disney Christmas vacation with my decorations already done :) I know, sorry I'm going on and on, but I do get carried away when it comes to Disney LOL

Hey js,

I know what you mean about seeing Disney in a whole new way. I can't wait to see it with Christmas decorations. I don't know what to do about my decorations too. I usually put them up the weekend after Thanksgiving but we are leaving on Thanksgiving day and I usually take them down right after Christmas. I'm also afraid my cat will climb the tree if I do it before. But the thought of putting all that stuff up for only a couple of weeks kills me. Well just wanted to say Hi. Are you going to be wearing something green on Nov. 30th I'll look for you at MVMCP.

I was under the impression (from what the CM told me) that we wouldn't be getting 'paper' tickets in the mail, only a confirmation and that we were supposed to take to 'will-call' and pick up our 'paper' tickets.

The CM I spoke to when ordering my tickets told me they'd be in the mail in abpit 7-10 days!

I'm trying to figure out what to do with our Xmas decorations too! We usually put our tree up the weekend after Thanksgiving as well, which will be the weekend before we leave this year! I wouldn't have a problem with doing so this year, except I'm afraid that our cat will get into it! Oh, what to do!

Still don't have them,will be here any day now I think.::yes:: :wave2:

I ordered my tickets for MNSSHP on May 1 and hadn't rec'd yet either. I called Disney and they gave me a number for all ticket questions. I called and mine were just sent out yesterday. So, everyones should be coming real soon!!:p

Today's mail hasnt' come yet... usually comes around 2pm. I'm keeping my fingers crossed!

Not here yet either. Has it occured to anyone else that we are always waiting for something? If it isn't room only rates, it's an AP rate watch. Or a park hours watch. Or E-nights. Now, we're waiting for tickets we can't use for 7 months. Man, we are a whacky bunch of people.

Nothing as of today's mail. I called the ticket processing people yesterday. They checked my reference number and told me that it left their building on Monday but that it will be 7-14 days! to get here.

I said how is it being shipped. First Class Mail? She said, "yes." I said, "So you think it takes 7-14 days to mail an envelope or package from Florida to Minnesota?"

Her reply, " Well ma'am that's what we tell you to allow. Because from our building, it goes to Walt Disney World Post Office and then wherever it needs to go."

Okay, I can see that maybe taking an extra day. But to tell me that AFTER processing, it's going to take ANOTHER 7-14 days AFTER my credit card has already been charged! I am sorry, that's a little out there.

(What happened to the flaming mad smilie - that one would be darned appropriate right now.)

Got my MNSSHP tickets in the mail today! I ordered on May 1 when they went on sale. Wound up getting charged twice for them so had the credit card company cancel the 2nd charge. Well today, I received two sets of tickets in the mail! Now I have to call Disney to see if they cancelled one set of them so I know which ones I can use. Will this ever end?

piglet33 - Glad to hear someone is receiving tickets. I ordered mine on May 1 as well so I am hoping to get mine tomorrow now if you received yours today.

Did your envelope have a postmark on it that was readable? Just wondering when your envelope left the post office.
