I often see deals on Amazon.com.
But I find out about them from www.slickdeals.net and they post deals on www.cheapcheapcheap.com

If you're a member of one of the warehouse clubs (Sam's Club/Costco/BJ's), they sell big multi-packs of rechargeable AA/AAA batteries.

Otherwise, you can watch for sales at most other national retailers (Walmart, Target, etc.), since rechargeable batteries have gone mainstream...
