Where is your favorite hidden Mickey?

Is there one in the Great Movie Ride, just when you start to go in, in the clouds. I kind of remember that but can never find it.

The only one I found on our last trip was the Hidden Mickey above the fireplace in the Wilderness Lodge. This is the clue from the Hidden Mickey Hunt page they gave us when we checked in:"In the lobby colors abound, In the rock is where I'm found, On the corner - color of red, Three circles make my head!"

My favorite has to be the giant Mickey at MGM. It is ruined a bit now with the new areas and the hat. From hiddenmickeys.org:

The largest official Hidden Mickey can be viewed from the air looking down at MGM Studios. It turns out that the whole park is designed to look like Mickey.

Mine is also the huge one at the Studios, even though it's not complete anymore.

Also, the Mickey trim on the Cover Story building on Hollywood Blvd. It was the first hidden Mickey I saw at WDW, so it's still one of my favorites.

I always liked the one on R&R....while waiting if you turned around you would see 3 little green reflectors on a pole..but was hard to see sometimes, depending on where you were sitting and how well you were willing to strain your neck...lol...

As a lover of all things Polynesian, our fav Hidden Mickey is the one on the floor at the entrance of the GCH, followed closely by the one on the stairway toward the rear of the GCH. Also love the dinner place setting at the Haunted Mansion.

Speaking of Splash Mountain--I read recently that the opening of the final drop is cut out in the profile of the Mickster himself. I quickly checked out every website that had a photo of the top of that ride, and sure enough--it indeed looks like the side view of Mickey, complete with nose and ear. Can anyone tell me--is this right?? Fun thread!....Wilma

On our last trip - June '03 - It was my mission to find as many Hidden Mickeys as possible - and Photograph them! Some came out very good & some didn't (It was too dark for my HM Table Pic to come out!)

I have placed my pics on an MSN Group Site - if you wanted to join. (I haven't found a better - ie free - site that you don't have to "join" yet) But, feel free to check it out! (I have 3 full pages of HM's - including the Splash Mountain Exit & Bobbers, the one in the Buzz Waiting Area, and my favorite - The Hidden Sorcerer Mickey!)

I always like the 'dripping' Mickey head, held by the Grim Reaper, in the crypt, near the end of HM. If you did not know ahead of time it was there, you would probably never see it. Look through the door of the crypt to the right when in front of the scene where the helmeted 'Nordic' lady is, right near the end as you come out of the graveyard.

I'm not sure this counts, but my DH is a Land Surveyor and he found a monument (a metal marker of a survey control point) in the concrete walkway near the Odyssey in Epcot, which has Mickey in its design.

Not sure if this is an "official" hidden mickey, but how about the lake at the WDW speedway. I would think that should be the largest on WDW property. You can only really see it from the air.
