Where is the survey?

I listened to this weeks Podcast and heard Pete talking about the survey they had up for the Podcast. He said a link would be in the show notes page but for the life of me I can't find it there. Does anyone else have a link for it?

I don't know. I sure would like to know the results of it. I would think as they change the system we can get an idea of what the results were. Weather must have got low scores since they took it off.
