FI was in a car accident last night - so we have to deal with this instead. I'm thankful that he wasn't seriously injured so I can't complain (poor thing won't be able to ride any roller coasters for a while though)

We'll be going next weekend though & maybe we can convince our friend who wants to tag along to stay at the RPR so we can get FOTL

WHEN we go next weekend I'll see if I can leave a clue somewhere

We just returned from 2 days at Universal and we are very disappointed. There were kids walking around in diapers, men walking around without shirts and everyone walking around without shoes! No employees anywhere around.

There was this kid spitting into the fixing bar at the burger joint in Jurassic Park area and no one was watching him. I went up to the counter and said something to the girl and she said ok they will take care of it, ten minutes later no one did a darn thing.

This place is just not for us I guess, we are used to the way WDW does things

I'm sorry you found Universal to be surprisingly better than disney, especially if you're so used to disney looking like this all the time:

I wish it was fake, but it's not. A friend of mine is a skipper there and says this picture shows the old 'dock box' in one of it's good days. Usually there's a big mound of trash covering up the former dock box. Ever since they've moved it from the unload dock to the queue, people have been putting their trash on it. They said they moved it because 'it was ruining the theming'. I think the box looks great when being used as a trash pile, really brings out the theming of a 1930's jungle navigation company.

You know, I noticed more trash on the ground at WDW the last time we were there than at US/IOA. What was really bad was that there were trash cans readily available, and people would just throw their trash on the ground! I noticed it especially in line for Big Thunder Mountain!
