Where is the new Vacation Planner?

We received one resort's dues bill but not the other and no planner.

I'm sorry, but it's preposterous not to have the 2011 planner. Most of us have already DONE our 2011 planning and are starting 2012 planning.

Maybe the new planner is one of the new perks that they are talking about. If you are low on the totem pole, your's will come in October or so.
