Happy New Year everyone. I am in IL. and no planner yet. The waiting continues......

Planner received today in SC. So, for those who have gotten it, do I understand correctly that the points are not changing at all for 2012 for the DVC resorts? I haven't been a member that long. Last year I just remember the points all changing. Maybe that doesn't happen yearly??

For a long time the points didn't change, then all of a sudden last year they shifted dramatically to make weekends more affordable because too many DVC members we paying cash on the weekends at values or other places and then returning to the DVC resorts on weekdays. Many people who bought "just enough" points to stay say at HHI for Sun -Thurs were inflamed that they were now 5, 10 or 20 points shy of being able to do it how they had planned. Best idea, buy what you need and then some because Disney will always be changing it up. Just not every year.

Same here, nothing yet. Haven't gotten the annual dues bill either.

I had to go to the members website to find out how much to deduct for 1/1/11

Though, seeing as someone just posted a thread about getting their winter Disney Files this week - I'm not too confident in seeing the planner anytime soon.

For such a large media company that owns a family of media outlets - they're pretty bad ad actually distributing information.
