Where is the for rent board

Apparantly I am out of the loop. Just noticed that the for rent board is gone. Can someone please fill me in on what I missed. Thanks.

You have to be logged in to see it. So you looked - didn't see it - then had to log in to post - voila! now it's there!

It is there as long as you are logged in--however, there are new restrictions which make these transactions more difficult.
