Where is the Cheapest place to get DL hopper passes?

i just bought mine a few days ago at last minute travel . com

5 day hopper for $190.00

DL website has 3 day hopper for $186.00

have fun planning!

Last Minute Travel or Get Away Today is the cheapest I have seen. If anyone knows of another place please share :)

Depends on when you are going. Disneyland.com is cheaper than the gates. Also Disney commonly has specials.

How does Last Minute Travel work? Do they send you the tickets or do they print them at home? Are they legit?

I called and they seem legit. I asked if there were any hidden fees or any other fees period on top of the ticket prices. The answer was NO. You can take your voucher to the ticket booths or if you are staying at a DL property they will exchange them for tickets.

If we buy the 5 day passes from LMT can we upgrade for one extra day at the ticket booth?

If you know someone that is a teacher in CA you can order tickets at this link:

http://www.tsaspecialservices.com/entertainment.htm

They offer big discounts on the APs. They are only $288.50 for the Deluxe. They expire 1/2/11 so you need to use the voucher before then. They also charge $2.50 for each ticket as a service/shipping fee.

I ordered DDs AP through them a couple of months ago and have also ordered parkhoppers through them with no problem before.

They only asked me who I knew that was a teacher and what association she belongs too (CA Teachers Association). They didn't ask for her name or anything.

My Boss (she's DL obsessed as well), sent me a link today for getawaytoday.com she said they are totally legit and have great customer service. It looks like you can save 10 to 20 bucks per person over disney's online price. I would have used them if i hadn't already bought our tickets on DL's site a couple weeks ago. At least i know for next time ;)

I bought my tickets for my trip last week through my local AAA office. I am not sure if they sell them everywhere. I think it was around a $11 savings per ticket, plus you get free parking so that saves another $15/day.

What happened to the tickets at Last Minute Travel? :confused3
I can't find them anymore. :(

Where is the cheapest place to get tickets anymore?

Maybe because DL has thier PHs on sale now?

Have you checked with Disney?

They are still there. Someone asked about this a couple weeks ago (maybe). Make sure you plug in some dates. I noticed that if you go from Activities, to selecting Anaheim, then selecting Theme Parks WITHOUT selecting any dates, the park hoppers don't show up. I just went through a few different times, picking random December and January dates and there they were. :)

If we buy the 5 day passes from LMT can we upgrade for one extra day at the ticket booth?

Yes, you can upgrade your PH at the ticket booth, however you will lose whatever discount you received. Disney will charge you the difference between what you bought the ticket for and the gate price (i.e. $216 for a 6 day PH at the door minus what you paid for the 5 day PH). Therefore, you might as well just buy the 6 day PH from the Disneyland website: http://disneyland.disney.go.com/tickets/ and get the 6 day PH at a discounted price of $196. Hope that makes sense :goodvibes

Forgot to mention that I've used both Getawaytoday and LMT. Customer service was definitely better with GAT, but I would use either company without hesitation. Things were just more clear with GAT. There was a lot of initial confusion with LMT, as far as what the actual voucher was. Once I knew for sure it was all good. I upgraded my 3 day park hopper from LMT to a Deluxe AP on my 3rd day. I paid $148 for my park hopper, then was charged $115 instead of $151 to upgrade, meaning I didn't lose my discount. I told the CM at the AP center that I had a discount ticket and was planning on paying the full upgrade amount of $151, but she said it was fine and I didn't need to. I don't know if this is the usual or not. I have read about 1 other person here on the DIS that had the same experience as I did in regards to the AP upgrade from a LMT park hopper. So my Deluxe AP was $263. (This was when the AP price was $299.) :wizard:

If you're going during Visit January 4, 2011 – April 14, 2011, Ares travel now has discounted promo tickets on their website. They do charge an extra $2 per ticket, but it's still gonna save us $21 ($3 each) on 4-day park hoppers for the 7 in our group. That will cover some of the parking charges!

I know costco in fullerton has had 4 day tickets for $200 with a $50 gift card. If you have a car, it's only about 5 miles away. If you don't I've also heard you can get a deal with the car rental place at the end of downtown disney.
