that tells how to get to point a from point b? I have seen it before but can't remember where it is now. Anyone?

You are probably referring to the Travel Wizard at Our Laughing Place. You can use it but don't take it as being absolutely correct. There are many mistakes in there. We have asked them to update it, and some things were corrected, but not everything.
So, use it to get an idea, but I would still come back here to get more concrete, dependable info.
