Where is the activation code?

I got my card from SSR last week. We got the letter in the mail with my member number but no activation code. Does this come in the second mailing?

No! Just call member services with your member number and they will give you the activation code and help you set up your account!

Yes, the club ID and activation code will come in a separate letter. You can also call to get that information now that you have your member ID.

They don't send you an activation code. Just a letter with member number and then later a welcome pack with member cards. Neither contain an activation code. That was my experience, anyway, over the summer as well as a friend of mine that closed on 2 contracts this past year.

They sent me one last year. Maybe if you get it before they and it, they can save the postage.

That was what happened with us also. I just called after I got the membership number in the mail and they helped set up the online account over the phone.
