If you are talking about Fort Wilderness, the reception outpost is at the entrance to Fort Wilderness. The easiest way to get there would be to go through the main toll gates for the MK parking, stay to the far right and then take the first right.

That little area between China & Germany in Epcot's World Showcase is called The Outpost.
