@Robo ~ Is this the new location near Tusker?

It was recently moved away from the Safari area.

As in, exactly where in AK is Pandora located?
I'm playing around with my touring plans, and knowing that will help.
I've looked at google maps, but can't quite figure out from overhead shots!

The area under construction (this is an aerial view certainly some months ago) in the lower left corner.

You would be closer to Pandora and EE by taking the express bus vs coming through the main entrance

Africa looks quite a bit further away than EE and Pandora. Looks like Pandora is very close to the front entrance to the left and EE to the right). Or am I missing something?

Didn't want to start a new thread on this, but since we're all experiencing "Pandora-mania" in the last couple days, James Cameron announced just today that the Christmas 2018 release for "Avatar 2" (not the real title) isn't going to happen. No word on a new release date. (Is there a Star Wars movie scheduled for the summer of 2019?)

I appreciate that the guy is a perfectionist, but he can be really frustrating sometimes. According to the original plans, we would have already seen the second sequel. Instead, we're still two years from the first.

I read that. James freakin' Cameron! I guess genius takes time, but man, the Avatar sequels are going to take forever! Oh well, it seems buzz for the World of Pandora is very positive so hopefully that'll create a resurgence for the property.

So the roadway mentioned in previous posts won't be an "obstacle" to Pandora access from Harambe Theater District?
In one of the many Pandora threads ;), there's a reference to an underpass for guests to use so the roadway isn't an obstacle at all.

Word is... yes.

Down by the current restrooms southwest of the Lion King theater would be the path to Pandora.

(But, I don't see how that would work with the backstage roadway there.)

I agree with yes.. the restrooms there they've moved the construction wall a few times and you can see the path was fixed up...

"The Last Jedi" opens on December 15, 2017, and another movie for 2019, no date.

As far as I'm aware you'll be able to access Pandora from the Harambe theater area.

Thanks rteetz for confirming there will be an actual "pedestrian tunnel" under the road for the "Pandora to Harambe Theater District Walkway".

That is going to be so cool!

Do you think Disney will "theme" the walkway to Pandora theme or to Harambe theme or do you think there will be a gradual change in theme?

I was thinking how cool it would be for the Pandora bioluminescence to be used in the Tunnel! Thanks.:)
