Where is My Email Confirmation?

We called on Saturday 1/1/11 to modify our reservation with the new discount code that was released. We still have not received an email confirmation which seems a little weird to me since some other people have gotten one. We have called 5 times and they have spelt out the email that we gave them so that is correct but still nothing.

Has anyone else still not received their email confirmation from either booking with the new code or modifying their reservation with the new code?

That's odd. I booked my NEW ressie the same day you modified yours and received my email just moments after booking.

I haven't gotten mine either as of yet. I have noticed that in past bookings / modifications that sometimes it takes awhile to get a confirmation and other times it comes immediately. idk :confused3. You are not alone :goodvibes
 

I switched resorts right at the beginning of December and had to call several times in order to get my email confirmation. It was very frustrating. It eventually showed up but took several calls and a long wait after the last call for it to come through.

Now, yesterday I changed things again. I received the confirmation for yesterday's change within 30 minutes of hanging up the phone.

Who knows what evil lurks in the heart of Disney's computer system? lol! :)
 
Once again we called and the CM said that the other times that we called the people didn't click the "Send Email Confirmation" button on the reservation. The first person clicked the "Send Confirmation" but by mail. Who knows :)
 
We also called on 1/1/11 to modify our reservation so we can get the 35% room only discount and the Cast Member on the phone said we would get the confirmation within the hour, however we didn't get it until the next day.

Now if you are registered on the WDW website and in the My Disney Vacation section click Resort Reservations, you can type in your confirmation number and see a confirmation of your reservation which you can print out.
