I just logged in to dvcmembers.com and it appears immediately on the 'landing page' of my account. It is located at the top of the right hand column and says, "Chat Now <newline> Chat Online With an Agent".

Hope you find it -- it was a super short-cut for me yesterday!

I couldn't find it, either, and decided to check in a different browser. It isn't showing up in Chrome, but is with Internet Explorer.

It must be disabled in the Chrome browser on Mac OSX at least. It shows up when using Safari though. Go to "Help & Contact" at the top right of the main page. Then there is a box right below the top on the right side menu for Chat Now.
