You could get beignets at POFQ, but only at Scat Cat's Club as we couldn't find them at POR.

I do remember how more Big Easy themed SFFF was and our recent visits just felt it was more sanitized. The offerings were certainly not inline with what I would expect in a New Orleans themed resort(s). I'm not asking for a Commander's Palace or Antoine's, but certainly more than a weak jambalaya; it was uninspiring.

I think there is real chance to create a more authentic eatery and drinks at the resort (I'm looking at Pat O'Brien's at Citywalk as comparison).

No reasonable person would expect a Commanders or Antoine's that's part of the reason to GO to 'N Awlins - but you cant even get a muffaletta sandwich !!!! You could before.
