where is HHH exactly? both parks?

I am planning a visit in October during HHH. I'd love to go, but my child is too young. Is the HHH event at both parks? I've never been to Universal, so forgive me. I'm expecting significant traffic around the 4:30+ range, so I'm just trying to figure out what we should do.

HHN is only at Universal Studios. The park closes around 5P on event nights. 6P on non event nights. Islands of Adventure is open till 7P and 8P on certain weekend nights in October.

The event has traditionally been held at Universal,however a couple of years the event was at Islands of Adventure and there's been other years where it was held at Universal along with some areas of Islands of Adventure.For a good while now it's been held only at Universal studios as well as using the soundstages located between the parks.
