Where is Herbie's and what is a steamed bun?

From the name I am assuming it is somewhere by the Lights, Motors, Action stuntshow, but I have never heard of a steamed bun.

Herbie's is located right outside of the entrance to LMA. A steamed bun is what you get after sitting in the bleachers in the hot sun for the LMA show! Actually I'm not exactly sure how to describe it, it's a small semi-gooey but not too gooey dough like ball with pulled pork (or they have a couple other choices as well) inside of it. We had one when we were there and it wasn't too bad. Not large enough for lunch but a nice snack. We used a snack credit on the DDP for ours.

Does any one know when it is open? We were there last week and could not find it open. Just a soda cart set up in front of it.

I love those things can you only get them there or do they sell them at other places in the world???
