Where is guest services

and is this where DH trades in his voucher for the AP? We leave Saturday and my stomach is aching from excitement. Do you think I'm pathetic-a 48 year old with butterflies!

The Guest Services window outside of both parks. It is on the right side when you are walking toward the parks, just before the entrance.

At Islands of Adventure, if you go to the right of the ticket booths, it's to the left of the bathrooms.

At Universal Studios Florida, go to the right of the ticket booths and it's behind the big fountain.

Look for the big sign marked "Guest Services."
