Where Is Everyone Staying Pre-Cruise?

We're booked at the Dolphin because I thought most people would be staying there. But, it appears that the tentative plan is to watch Wishes from the Poly. Now I'm trying to decide if we should get a room at VWL and use points.

We stay off-property pre-cruise because we already arrive at april 24.

Post cruise we will stay at the Dolphin for 4 nights.

before the cruise, i'll be at the Dolphin..
after the cruise, i'll be at a conference at a hotel on hotel plaza...
i don't recall the name of it - lake buena vista hotel? maybe...something like that...
the conference is on thursday, friday and saturday...

we'll stay on for a few days extra after that....

We're at the Dolphin pre-cruise. Unless we decide to use my prize from one of the recent podcasts! Then we'd be at AKL...but that's not a definite at this point.

Pre-cruise, I think I will do one night at the Hyatt at MCO. That way we can sleep a little later on Sunday and head downstairs for DCL bus to the port.

We're booked at the Dolphin.....Unless Disney comes out with a really great offer for a Deluxe. Don't think they'll be able to beat the Dolphin's cost though which, I believe, is around $130 per night when you add in parking, tax etc. We'll be there for 5 nights PRE-cruise.

Pre-cruise we're staying at the Dolphin. Post-cruise is at the Dolphin althought I am toying with the idea of DVC if I can in at the BWV or BCV.

We'll stay Saturday night at the Dolphin. As of now we will probably fly back on Thursday after the cruise so DD can get back to school on Friday. But, I might have to try and twist DH's arm to stay for a few more nights through the weekend. At least all of DD's state testing will be over, so I'm not worried about her missing one more day of school.

Pre-Cruise we will be headed to Kennedy Space Center and I think (please correct me if I'm wrong) logistically we will be staying closer to KSC. We arrive Friday (mid morning) and will do RELAXING that day @ the hotel's pool and visit KSC Saturday and drive over to the port on Sunday for the cruise.

We will be staying @ the Dolphin post cruise for a SURPRISE (at least for the kids) visit to the World

I'm trying to think of a creative way to tell the kids (or maybe have someone really special tell them) on the last night of the cruise that they aren't going home tomorrow.. but to visit Mickey and all his friends @ WDW.

UGH- I can't decide. DH and I just got back from our first moderate stay- POR- and we really liked it so we might do that. I've stayed at the gaylord before and would love to show it to DH and the kids so we might do that. DS would give his left arm to stay at the Nickelodeon Suite (GOD HELP ME!). We might do one resort the night before and then another for a few nights when we get back.

We're using points before and after. One night at VWL (our home resort) pre-cruise and 2 nights at BWV (our first stay there) after the cruise.
